Ingredients: Amla (Gooseberries), Red Chili Powder, Salt, Oil, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Powder, Lemon Juice, Cumin Seeds
Preparation Method:
Fresh gooseberries are carefully washed and wiped clean. They are lightly slit and sautรฉed in oil until tender. A blend of red chili powder, salt, fenugreek seeds, mustard powder, cumin seeds, and oil is roasted and mixed thoroughly with the gooseberries. Finally, fresh lemon juice is added to enhance taste and preserve freshness.
Storage Instructions:
Store the pickle in a clean, dry, airtight glass jar. Always use a dry spoon while serving to maintain shelf life. Ensure that enough oil remains on top to keep the pickle fresh for longer.
Usage:
Perfect to serve with rice, dal, rotis, or as a side dish with everyday meals.
Shelf Life:
Best before 12 months from the date of packing.
