2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped.

To cancel, please contact our support team:

Once your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days.

Note: Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.


3. Returns Policy

We accept return requests only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • You received a damaged or defective item

Return Conditions

  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
  • Images required: Invoice, product, and packaging (uploaded during return request)

Once verified, our logistics partner will pick up the item and return it to our warehouse. A replacement will be issued, or a refund initiated after inspection.

Non-Acceptable Return Scenarios

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product is used or damaged due to misuse
  • Packaging or product labels are tampered with
  • Product is missing components
  • Returned in a condition different from how it was received
  • The product is customized/personalized
